HELLO TO OFFENBACH! 

The coolest mission my Phoenix board had a few weeks ago at a restaurant opening where I had the special task to run the cocktail bar. On the board I could cut limes, lemons, oranges etc. This came in GN containers with cane sugar and whatever else is needed in the back area, so that it could be fetched by tongs. In the front you can put Caipi pestle, spoon, knife etc.

The board was then always the work surface for preparing the cocktails, the extra height was helpful.

In the bar area with a lot of movement, however, you cannot leave the GN hanging permanently in the front when it gets hectic. If I had a closed area, it would have been TOPP.

It was fun and was certainly an eye-catcher!
