I am not easily satisfied and tend to be prone to some degree of buyer remorse, but not with this board! I can honestly say that months later I am just as crazy about it as I was the day I ordered it. I look forward to using it every day and cleaning it is almost as much fun as using it. The efficiency of the board cannot be overrated and the quality is what you would expect from a precise German engineering.
Even my Foodie daughter has fallen in love with my board after a single use. I could literally see the light shining in her eyes as she fully realized how this could change her experience of food preparation. I just ordered a mono for her for Christmas and she is thrilled. If Porsche had built a cutting board, it would be the Frankfurter Brett.
