FLEXIBLE CUTTING MATS

The ideal addition to any Frankfurter Brett, especially when it comes to grilling, carving and generally processing foods with a lot of liquid, but also as a universal, easy-to-clean work surface for all kinds of kitchen work.

Accruing liquid is effectively held within the boundaries of the pad by the surrounding juice edge, and by lifting the pad slightly and folding it along the bottom groove towards the drip edge, excess liquid can be drained directly into the front attached container and collected there.

Wood oil penetrates deep into the wood, nourishes the fibers and prevents drying out and cracking. Wood oil does not form a surface layer, but rather impregnates the wood, protecting it from the inside out.

Wood fibers saturated with oil not only seal the surface and prevent odors and stains from being deposited in the wood, but strengthen the natural grain and color of the wood, which results in an attractive look.

APPLICATION: once a week or whenever the wood looks dry/light.
