You will now receive two test containers IN ADDITION to your order, with which you can test and use your board exactly as it will be used later on.

TEST PHASE
The 30-day test period begins after delivery.
The new workflow can be tested with the two additional test containers under real conditions* as desired.

We will be happy to provide a return label upon request is subject to a charge, but is usually cheaper than returning it for a private person.
THE FINE PRINT
1. Qualified products: BASIC, BASIC-L & MONO
2. ATTENTION! Boards with engravings are excluded from this promotion. However, due to technical limitations, you can book "Test the Best" and engravings at the same time. Please make sure you have either an engraving or Test the Best, not both, in your shopping cart.
3. The test package includes two additional containers that can be used for testing.
In the event of a return, these will not be refunded and will remain with the customer.
4. The regular container set (B5 & B6), which is ordered as standard, may NOT be used for testing.
Used container sets cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Accessories such as consoles, Easy Pads or Frankfurter Blocks are also excluded from the test offer.
6. The board should be tested under real conditions.
Superficial, expected signs of wear (cut marks, rough surface, etc.) are expressly permitted.
7. Excluded are SERIOUS traces of use and damage that can be traced back to improper handling and that make repairing the board impossible.
These include, among others:
- Deep saw cuts, e.g. from bread knives with a fluted blade
- Burn marks and charred areas, caused by e.g. hot pots and pans that are placed on the board
- Severe discoloration, caused by e.g. beetroot or turmeric
- Damage to wood caused by e.g. chipping hammer or falls.
8. The test offer is limited to two test runs per customer.
