The 30-day trial period begins upon delivery.
The new workflow can be tested under real conditions* as much as you like with the two additional test containers.

We are happy to provide a return label upon request, which is chargeable but usually cheaper than a return shipment for a private individual.
THE FINE PRINT
1. Qualified products: BASIC, BASIC-L & MONO
2. ATTENTION! Boards with engravings are excluded from this promotion. Due to technical limitations, however, you can book Test the Best and engravings at the same time. Please make sure to have either an engraving or Test the Best, not both, in your shopping cart.
3. The test package includes two additional Containers that can be used for testing.
In case of a return, these will not be refunded and remain with the customer.
4. The regular Container set (B5 & B6), which is ordered by default, must NOT be used for testing.
Used Container sets are excluded from return and refund.
5. Accessories such as Console, Easy Pads, or Frankfurter Block are also excluded from the test offer.
6. The board should be tested under real conditions.
Superficial, expected signs of use (cut marks, rough surface, etc.) are expressly permitted.
7. Heavy signs of use, as well as damage resulting from improper handling that makes repairing the board impossible, are excluded.
This includes, among other things:
- Deep saw cuts, e.g., from bread knives with serrated blades
- Burn marks and charred spots caused by, for example, hot pots and pans placed on the board
- Strong discolorations caused by, for example, beetroot or turmeric
- Damage to the wood caused by, for example, meat tenderizers or drops.
