Our board is the centerpiece of the kitchen and is actually used every day:
Two metal containers are always attached to the front and serve as an easily accessible sink for everything that is no longer needed and can be thrown away in everyday kitchen use.

Two Easy Pads for the equipment recently joined the ensemble.
If you love your things, you will take care of them - and these Easy Pads simply reliably prevent small scratches that are not "wrinkles" and cannot tell a story. They are definitely also easier to clean than the board.

Our "Frankfurter" has become an indispensable part of our everyday kitchen life.
Cooking is poetry, is art and is love - and it is precisely with this attitude that we choose our tools.

The evening on our “Frankfurter” begins with the first cutting of the vegetables and it ends when we put the empty wine glass on the board, wipe away the crumbs and the echo of a successful evening with friends and good food resonates when the light is turned off in the kitchen.

"PURE WELLNESS."

"I've had a Frankfurter Brett for 2.5 years. An absolute wish of mine.

This month I used the Workshop service for the first time and treated the board to a wellness treatment. < /p>

You only realize how much you love and need something when you no longer have it:
Every day I asked myself how you can cut on conventional boards and where to put your waste and clippings.

I use the Basic in oak end grain with stainless steel containers.
I like how it looks and brightens up my kitchen.

For fish, garlic and fruit, I use the ‘Easy Pads’, although I prefer to cut on wood and sometimes simply place a thin wooden board on my Frankfurt Brett.

The best thing is that the tidyness and look makes me feel a bit like a professional chef.

"THE BOARD FOR THE CHAOT."

"I love food.
I love cooking.
But I rarely have a lot of time for sophisticated things.

If I take it from time to time, I use all the Frankfurt equipment: the board, lots of containers, Easy Pads.

For everyday cooking, usually one-pot recipes from a cooking box, the board, 2 containers, and sometimes the small Easy Pad are enough. p>

The Frankfurter Block with all the knives is always there anyway.

The board helps me to get rid of the mess in the kitchen that I used to cause regularly.

The work processes have become simple, there is no longer any waste lying around, nothing falls down on the way to the stove.

One container is enough: first for the onions, then for the vegetables and finally the leftovers in and into the fridge.

I can't and don't want to go without a Brett anymore... "

"TURNS MY BALCONY INTO A COOKING OASIS."

"HOW DID I LIVE BEFORE?"

I recently moved from Hamburg to Frankfurt and fell in love. First into a man and then into the Frankfurter Brett. And the containers!

I use the containers to store shredded food until it goes into the pan.

Sometimes I prepare my ingredients in the morning so that I only have to finish cooking in the evening.

The board is in a corner so that it can be easily worked on by two people due to its size.
When one cooks, the other usually stands a bit awkward in the kitchen.
This is so cleverly avoided and is just fun.

What I love most about the console is that you can simply put your phone down to watch Netflix or look at recipes.

It also gives me an overview of my ingredients and the kitchen doesn't look completely chaotic after cooking.

For someone like me, this is simply ideal, as I am overwhelmed by too much chaos. My inner Monk is so calm. 

I can really recommend the Brett to anyone who likes cooking. I've had it for almost 2 years and don't even know how I lived before.

"PERFECTLY HAPPY."

"I really enjoy cooking, but I have a relatively small work surface, which quickly became so full with large recipes that I didn't know where to put everything.

I chop my vegetables and everything else and can put the waste immediately in the collecting container and the vegetables in the other containers.
I usually sort the ingredients according to cooking time, so that I then only have to empty container after container into the pot.
Especially for dishes where there is little time between the individual steps, everything is neatly prepared and ready to hand.

I have often heard about mise en place, but have never been able to implement it properly, which I am finally able to do with the Frankfurter Brett.

This makes cooking less hectic, I can enjoy it much more and have a glass of wine every now and then without stress.

After cooking, everything is quickly washed up and wiped across the board, Brett Care on and you're done.

I have the feeling that my kitchen is much tidier not only while I'm cooking but also afterwards.

“The Frankfurter Brett is a huge thing for me and has brought a revolution into my small kitchen:

Instead of sinking into a jumble of ingredients, the Frankfurt board with its additional storage and collection areas simply creates more space and a professional feel.

The wood protects the blade and the board is stable. The juice groove is simply practical and creates convenient cleaning and quick clearing options.

"FUNCTION & STYLE UNITED - PERFECT!"

"I use the Frankfurter Brett in the Basic-L version with green containers and a console with a knife sharpener - and I don't want to be without it anymore!

In my open kitchen, it fits in perfectly with the furnishings and at the same time is a professional and, above all, immediately available workstation:

the knives are available with one handle thanks to the magnetic function on the block, important basic ingredients such as coarse salt, shallots or garlic are always at hand in the console.

The only thing I would like to see is more sizes of the ‘Easy Pads’, which are sometimes too small or too large (but dishwasher-safe, which I find important for cutting chicken or fish).

"SIMPLY WORTH GOLD."

"As an enthusiastic professional chef, master chef and proud owner of a Frankfurter Brett, I can only say:

Wow, what a practical kitchen utensil!

The board is not only extremely stable and durable, but also incredibly versatile.
Whether for cutting vegetables in combination with the cutting pads or at the barbecue party as an MEP board with the GN containers (which I also used for my master's examination) - the Frankfurter Brett has simply become indispensable in my kitchen and outside of it!

On a cold December evening we had to hold our Christmas party web-based because of Covid and decided to cook a festive Christmas dinner together virtually. To my surprise, some of my colleagues had their own Frankfurter Brett in front of them and we could watch each other chopping and preparing it.
It was a successful evening not only because of the great board, but it certainly amazed my kitchen colleagues .

Especially if you don't have enough space and have to organize yourself well beforehand, the system consisting of a board, Easy Pads, container and also the knife block with frame is simply worth gold."

"I LOVE IT SO!"

"During the Covid withdrawal period, after a long time of hesitation, I treated myself to a - yes, it is expensive - Frankfurter Brett.

The idea of ​​working with small compartments directly on a beautiful wooden board with herbs and spices, fascinated me.

It was a small version with compartments on the back and the front and the personalized name 'Pia's art bench'.

My heart warms every time I work on “my” board. I bought more metal and plastic containers, lids and board oil later.

Yes, I always oil my board, but now it has scratches and cuts, even dark spots if something too hot has been put down. But it's these signs of life that make it lively and unique and I love it so much!"

MONO

"...AND THEN THE WOW EFFECT CAME."

Covid 2020 and Christmas! ...unpacking presents...me, big gift from the kids and my sweetheart (of 49 years)...heavy and well packaged... Grandma also has to unpack sometimes, second to last of course.

What's that supposed to be???
Nice, another board... Camphor laurel is in the kitchen and it does the trick. 

Do I really need this??? Then some time in the new year, I looked for a place, tried it out, changed again...back and forth. 

Well and then came the wow effect...it's really easy...so practical with the containers.

Yes and what can I say, I have loved this board ever since.

It's ready to use at any time and is sooooooo great. 
I use it every day... chopping fruit for muesli in the morning and then of course for everyday cooking.

And I really like cooking, we especially love Mediterranean cuisine, so chopping up a lot of vegetables etc.

And I'll be 70 next week! So if not now then when? It's never too late for practical kitchen helpers. And we live today and now.

“COOKING IS SO MUCH MORE FUN!”

"I originally bought the Mono as a birthday present for my boyfriend - who also uses it with great enthusiasm!

In my own small one-room flat, however, I find that the board can play to its strengths even better! That's why I quickly also gave myself a Mono as a present :-)

If the two of us cook in my mini kitchen, I can happily chop away while he can cook in the meantime.< br/>When I no longer need it, I can put it away on the specially made cart and simply push it under the bar table...!

What I also really love are the stainless steel containers - no discoloration, no odors, super easy to clean and saving space!

Really great, even if some of my friends winced slightly when they heard the price ;-)

I decided on the Mono. Mainly because I liked the idea of ​​it The board can be turned around at any time and you basically have two boards ;)

I've had the board for a few years now, it's used intensively 1-2 times a week and it still looks as good as new.


As I currently have my board in the centre of the cooking island, I can only use the brackets at the front, but this is enough for me to separate waste and cuttings.

"AFTER FALLING IN LOVE, THE GREAT LOVE."

I fell in love with the videos. The board then comes with the move to the new apartment.

Everything set to zero. Good resolutions.
New kitchen workstation. New everyday routines with the Mono.

The flexible container suspension on two sides is perfect.

The console N°4 and the flat box keep in store what is often needed.

Thanks to the Block, the knives are always sharp. Nothing has to be laboriously dug out of drawers or cupboards.

It's the honest, everyday things that I prepare with it.
And the Mono whets the appetite for experimentation.

My Frankfurter Phoenix made of maple is, along with the refrigerator and the pantry, one of the essential bypasses.

"MAKE COOKING ENJOYABLE."

"I've been flirting with the Frankfurter Brett for a long time, and I have to say, my expectations have been exceeded.

My favourite times to use the board are when I'm cooking elaborate meals and taking my time, or when I have friends over to cook with.

The attractive appearance and practicality allow you to really immerse yourself in the cooking experience so that you can simply switch off and spend some quality time with yourself.

The best thing about the Brett overall is that it makes cooking a pleasure.

"THE CENTER OF MY KITCHEN."

"Vanguardia o morir ...is laser-engraved on my Phoenix Brett.
The motto of my favorite chef Dabiz Muñoz.

I was a little hesitant at first to order the largest model, but then found the separation of the board and station convincing.

And I was right!
It has become the center of my kitchen.

It is my rock and like one sits stably on the kitchen island.
Mise-en-place has never been so much fun.

The GN containers in which the waste and prepared ingredients can be stored are practical.

I also think it's very good that you can flip the board around and it still sits just as well thanks to the centering blocks made of solid brass (even they are a feast for the eyes!)

All in all, I am highly satisfied, have already given away other smaller versions and everyone is equally delighted.
