For returns within Germany, you will receive a return label from us on request. For returns from other countries, you bear the costs yourself. We will refund the entire original payment amount after receipt of the goods, including the costs for the first shipment. (Exceptions under “Consequences of withdrawal” below in the text) ++++

Right of withdrawal for consumers
(a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession).

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.the withdrawal period is currently 180 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, or if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NEUE FRANKFURTER Gestaltung & Vertrieb GmbH, Gabelsberger Straße 48, 63069 Offenbach, e-mail address: hallo@frankfurter-brett.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 21 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

For deliveries outside the EU: If the order cannot be delivered and is returned at the expense of the recipient (e.g. because customs and import duties have not been paid, acceptance has been refused or an incorrect address has been provided) and additional costs are incurred as a result, these will be offset against the invoice amount to be refunded.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.


Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
