AN ACTUAL WORKBENCH



During the week I am actually always a bit sad when I use my board. Because then it is actually only used for everyday life. Onions, garlic, cucumber, paprika but also fruit.

Nevertheless too little for the board. On weekends I like to take time for elaborate cooking. There the board fulfils its function as a workbench. The Phönix S fits perfectly on a kitchen cupboard from the dear Swedes and can therefore be equipped with containers from all 4 sides. That makes working so beautiful. Shelf, trash can, ingredients and accessories. Everything just where it belongs.

Sure, every now and then something falls into the bins while manoeuvring the cut material. But it makes the organisation of the cooking much more relaxed. It simply makes more fun than without my board.

After a perfect cooking/cutting weekend you can see the board's usage. A little oil will help. Apply a thin layer and wipe it off well and it will look like new.

When it comes to service and support, the two brothers are unbeatable in terms of friendliness and speed. Every question has been answered personally and without complications. This is how I imagine such a complete package for a high-priced product.
