As a professional chef, I have tried many cutting boards over the years. The Frankfurt Brett has proven to be particularly innovative and practical.
The integrated containers are an absolute highlight. They allow me to transfer cut vegetables and kitchen scraps directly from the board into the containers without having to constantly change place on the work surface or look for a bowl.
The workmanship of the board is excellent. It is robust and stable, which is of great importance to me as a chef. The wood surface is gentle on my knives and ensures they stay sharp longer. In addition, the design is well thought out and attractive, which is also not to be neglected in my kitchen.
