DESCRIPTION
OTILIE°2 is a high-class Extra Brut sparkling wine made from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, matured on the yeast in the bottle for 18 months.
A base of buttery brioche, lightly toasted, perfectly complemented by tangy notes of fine gooseberry and juicy peach.
The most striking characteristic: This sparkling wine never stops tasting good.
No disturbing aromas in the glass, no irritating taste peaks in the finish, no over-acidification after 3 sips, no secret feeling of relief when the glass is finally empty.
On the contrary - the taste builds up with captivating complexity even over several glasses, keeping the tension light-footed and elegant.
