DESCRIPTION
Large slotted confectionery palette with offset spatula made of conically ground brushed stainless steel with a handle made of European maple - in this version made exclusively for us in Germany.
The conical cut ensures that the spatula bends in the middle of the blade and not at the thinnest point just in front of the handle - actually a small detail, but in use it makes a noticeable difference to mass-produced products.
Pallets are used for precise positioning of food when arranging plates and for spreading pastes and creams.
Plus, they just look cool on the front of your apron, even if you don't know exactly what you need them for.
Care instructions
The handle is polished, puckered and has a very smooth surface - after the first contact with water, the wood structure opens, becomes more permeable and absorbs wood oil, which should be applied regularly as soon as possible the wood looks dry.
