Because the board stands firmly on the work surface, it’s also no problem at all to hang heavier containers on it or to puree in the attached containers with a hand blender. But of course, you can also "abuse" it and hang noodles on the hangers. All in all, I would buy it again. Maybe next time even a bigger one like the Mono or the long version of the Basic.
If the price puts you off, consider that you use a cutting board every day, but with the right care like regular oiling, it will last forever.
I can’t imagine my kitchen without it.
