My Phoenix board had its coolest use a few weeks ago at a restaurant opening where I had the special task of running the cocktail bar. On the board, I could cut limes, lemons, oranges, etc. These then went into GN containers along with raw sugar and whatever else was needed in the back area, so they could be grabbed with tongs. Up front, you can store Caipi muddler, spoons, knives, etc.

The board then repeatedly served as the workspace for preparing the cocktails; the extra height was helpful.

In the bar area with a lot of movement, you can't leave the GN containers hanging in front permanently when it gets hectic. If I had had a closed-off area, it would have been PERFECT.

It was fun and definitely an eye-catcher!
