I AM THRILLED!
The Phoenix has become my favorite item in the kitchen. I have set it up so that I can use all 4 sides with the GN containers. This really gives me a lot more space!
Chopping is fun, easy to do, and I cook fresh every day.
There is only one thing you didn’t think of: "For smaller people with a small belly, or even a big one ;-)"
For that, I bought a 2/8 GN container, which by the way was not so easy to find.
I attached it at the front, on the right side, so I can stand closer to the board. This makes handling much easier. If you stand further away and are also short, it’s really tough. I use it as a “compost bin,” everything really fits in there.
The Phoenix is great in terms of craftsmanship, and I find the oak board a very pleasant work surface.
After oiling, it always looks like new and is even more fun to use!
I can truly recommend it to everyone.
