On the occasion of the birth of my little daughter Annelie Rose in summer 2026.
This is a high-class vintage 2023 rosé grower’s sparkling wine, Extra Brut.
The cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay underwent spontaneous primary fermentation with natural yeasts in barrique barrels and tonneaux, before resting on the lees for over 30 months after the second fermentation.
Rather mature and spicy on the nose, with notes of raisins, dried fruit and a slightly brandy-like note. Fuller and more structured on the palate, with fine bubbles and well-integrated acidity. Dry on the finish, slightly bitter and with warm, ripe fruit.
A mature, high-quality sparkling wine for special occasions.
