DESCRIPTION
Large slotted confectionery palette knife with an offset spatula made of conically ground brushed stainless steel and a handle made of European maple – exclusively manufactured for us in Germany in this version.
The conical grind ensures that the spatula bends in the middle of the blade rather than at the thinnest point just before the handle – a small detail, but a noticeable difference in use compared to mass-produced items.
Palettes are used for precisely placing food when plating dishes and for spreading pastes and creams.
They also just look cool hanging at the front of your apron, even if you’re not exactly sure what you need them for.
Care Instructions
The handle is polished, smoothed, and very smooth on the surface – after the first contact with water, the wood structure opens up, becomes more permeable, and absorbs wood oil, which should be applied regularly as soon as the wood looks dry.
