Large confectionery palette with cranked spatula made of conical ground brushed stainless steel with a handle made of European walnut - in this version made exclusively for us in Germany.
The conical grind ensures that the spatula bends in the middle of the blade and not at the thinnest point just before the handle - actually a small detail, but in use a noticeable difference to mass-produced goods.
Palettes are used to precisely place food on plates and to spread pastes and creams.
Plus, they look cool on the front of your apron, even if you don't really know what you need them for.
Care instructions
The handle is polished, brushed and has a very smooth surface - after the first contact with water, the wood structure opens, becomes more permeable and absorbs wood oil, which should be applied regularly as soon as the wood looks dry. Dimensions
