All fully functional boards from returns, complaints, or production rejects are refurbished by us, glued, filled, sanded, and cared for with great attention.

Exactly 15 minutes per piece.
That’s enough to completely eliminate most defects.
Anything that has passed this treatment is correspondingly minimal and must be actively sought out.
Please refer to the example pictures and the list of expected defects at the end.

To keep effort as low as possible, we ship the restored boards in their original packaging, which has already been through two shipping cycles and therefore looks more rustic than you might expect.
This saves cardboard, and we gladly pass the cost savings directly on to you. All in all, this is very welcome.

Please note:
B-stock is generally excluded from exchange. This applies especially to the damages we have listed.
Nevertheless, all products should be fully functional.

Expected defects:
Remains of cutting marks (very rare)
Old engravings, with Mono and Phoenix always only on one side (partially filled with wood filler and sanded) (Occasionally)
Filled/glued areas (occasionally)
