In a non-slip and durable quality. Tough and robust, but at the same time finely textured, soft and pleasant to the touch. Due to the high thread density, it absorbs moisture very well after the first washes and has a remarkable lifespan.
The characteristic check pattern of the pit cloths appears accurate and orderly, even heavy stains are visually effectively covered by the strict grid, with the effect that the cloth appears significantly cleaner than comparable single-colored cloths, even after an intensive shift in the commercial kitchen.
With frequent washing, the initially tightly twisted textile threads loosen and absorb even more water.
