All fully functional boards from returns, complaints, or production rejects are refurbished by us: glued, filled, sanded, and cared for with great attention.

Exactly 15 minutes per piece.
That’s enough to completely eliminate most defects.
Anything that has passed this treatment is minimal and must be actively sought out.
Please refer to the example pictures and the list of expected imperfections at the end.

To keep effort and waste low, we ship the restored boards in their original packaging, which has already been through two shipping cycles and therefore looks more rustic than you might expect.
This saves cardboard, and we gladly pass the cost savings directly on to you. All in all, this is very welcome.

B-stock items are generally excluded from exchange. This especially applies to the damages we have listed.
Nevertheless, all products should be fully functional.

Remains of cut marks (very rare)
Old engravings, for Mono and Phoenix always only on one side (partially filled with wood filler and sanded) (Very rare)
Filled/glued areas (occasionally)
