Our new Easy Pads™
Flexible cutting mats in various sizes that can be used effortlessly and lightly for a wide range of everyday kitchen scenarios and basically have no fixed purpose at first, but are deliberately kept as open as possible.
The mats are easygoing and versatile – since the first prototypes have been in our show kitchen, they have been in almost constant use:
We are all big fans here, among other reasons because the pieces can simply go in the dishwasher and thus contribute sustainably to more cleanliness in everyday kitchen life.
(The new Easy Pads are to be understood as a complement to the previous BBQ-Madness Carving Pad – the new name now also includes the BBQ-Pad in the Easy Pads superfamily; the BBQ-Pad is now No. 3.)

No. 1
Originally intended as a small mat for the back corner of the board, where garlic & chili can be cut without the intense aromas settling into the board and causing surprises the next morning when the kids eat an apple cut in the same spot.
During product development, however, we found that the small handy size practically invites constant use: as a scraper for leftovers, as a small mat at the dining table to quickly chop fresh herbs you forgot, or as a tasting mat next to the stove to quickly check the doneness of food.

No. 2
Designed as a flexible mat to keep sensitive aromas like pineapple or fruit in general away from the cutting board, which may not be flavor-neutral, our No. 2 also shows an initially unexpected primary benefit in practical tests:
It is an ideal size to quickly cut something in between without dirtying the board and having to clean it again.
Place the mat, chop, put waste in the attached waste Containers, and put the mat in the dishwasher or rinse briefly – done.

No. 3
The ideal addition for every Frankfurter Brett, especially when it comes to grilling, carving, and generally processing foods with a lot of liquid, but also as a universal, easy-to-clean work surface for all kinds of kitchen tasks.
Any liquid is effectively held by the surrounding juice edge within the pad’s boundaries, and by slightly lifting the pad and folding it along the groove on the underside toward the drip edge, excess liquid can be directed directly into the front attached Containers and collected there.
Both mats, like our notorious BBQ-Pad (now Easy Pad™ - No. 3), are made of TPU, a plastic from medical technology.
TPU is thermoplastic (meaning it can be reshaped by temperature), so please lay or stand the pads as flat as possible in the dishwasher and do not bend them.
